资深律师，教授，经济学学士，文学研究生和法学研究生，中国国际法学会会员，曾经在中学、大学任教。1990年取得律师资格后即从事律师工作，兼任过劳动仲裁员。曾先后在湖南富强律师事务所、上海浩锦律师所工作，现担任上海方儒律师事务所主任。 2005年，出版了专著《〈水浒〉公案论》，第一次从法律的角度对《水浒传》中大大小小的官司进行了分析。此外，发表过有关法学等论文30余篇。二十多年来，处理过民事、刑事、经济等案件，担任过企事业单位的法律顾问，现在主要从事涉外律师工作。为人好学上进，工作兢兢业业，其事迹曾被新华网、人民网、凤凰网以及中国教育报、湖南卫视、湖南教育电视台、长沙晚报、株洲晚报、江苏南通晚报等多家国家级和地方级传播媒体所报道。 Guangrong YU, senior lawyer, professor, both a literary postgraduate and a law postgraduate, bachelor and economics, a member of Chinese Society International Law, had ever taught in some middle schools and some universities, acted as a lawyer after getting the lawyer qualification in 1990 and also served as a part-time labor arbitrator, being worked in Hunan Fuqiang Lawyer Office and in Shanghai Haojin Lawyer Office, at present, having been the Director of Shanghai Fangru Lawyer Firm. In addition, he issued about over 30 articles on jurisprudence and other region. Having dealt with many cases such as civil, criminal, economy and having been invited the legal advisor by some units and enterprises. Nowadays, the foreign-related legal matters are his main work. Hard studying and working in pursuit of progress, his deeds had been reported by many mass medias, for example, Xinhua Net, People’s Daily Online, ifeng.com, China Education News, Hunan Satellite TV, Hunan Education TV Station, Changsha Evening News, Zhuzhou Evening News and Nantong Evening News and so on.
